What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all Visa, Mastercard & American Express cards as well as direct deposit. Our payment processing is managed by Stripe and we do not store payment information outside of their secure system.
How long will it take to build a website?
The total time will depend on how many web pages you want and the content that will be included. We do aim to turn around the majority of developments within 6-8 weeks.
Do you only create wordpress websites?
Yes. WordPress is the most cost effective and flexible solution for small businesses. WordPress makes up 30% of the web today.
Do you outsource your projects?
No. All of our website design work is performed in-house in Sydney, Australia.
Who will own the completed website?
You have full ownership of your website even while it is in development. We do recommend our hosting and support platform for piece of mind however you do always have the option of moving elsewhere.
Do I need to have all of my content prepared before contacting you?
Not at all. We can start with the base design of your website while you prepare content. We can also assist you with your content if you do need help.
Our business is not in your local area. Can you still help?
Yes, we can help all small and medium businesses anywhere in the world. We can provide online meeting sessions to discuss your website project.
Can you revise or refresh my existing or incomplete website?
Yes we can however in most cases it is easier for us and cheaper for you to completely redesign or rebuild your website so that the branding and content is consistent.

Yes. All of our web designs work on phones, tablets etc. During development of your website we will test the website on different devices.

No. If someone has made this guarantee for you please be careful. There are many companies that off an SEO guarantee just to get your money. In most cases these bad SEO companies use sneaky tactics which may penalise your website. SEO takes time for a website to gain traction on search engines.
